Question 1

Why pay more than a cheap website?

Accepted Answer

A cheap website is just a brochure. We connect your website to how you actually win and run work: enquiries land in your job system, quotes go out fast, follow-ups happen automatically and payments flow into Xero. That's where the money is.

Question 2

I've been burnt by a web guy before. Why is this different?

Accepted Answer

You own everything from day one: your domain, website, email and accounts are in your name, not ours. Every job has a fixed price and a written scope, so you know exactly what you're getting and when.

Question 3

How much of my time will this take?

Accepted Answer

Not much. The Health Check is 45 minutes. During a build we usually need a couple of short calls and some logins. We work around your days on the tools, including early mornings or evenings if that suits.

Question 4

Do you do bookkeeping or BAS?

Accepted Answer

No. We set up Xero and make sure the right information flows into it, then we work alongside your bookkeeper or accountant. They'll love you for it.

Question 5

Will I have to change my software?

Accepted Answer

Not unless it makes sense. If ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus or Xero is already working for you, we'll build around it. If something's costing you more than it's worth, we'll tell you straight.

Question 6

What happens if I leave?

Accepted Answer

You keep everything. It's all in your name. We hand over logins, documentation and SOPs, and help with a clean handover. No lock-in contracts on monthly plans.

Question 7

Do you work outside Brisbane?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're based in Brisbane and happy to come on site around South East Queensland. Everywhere else in Australia we work remotely, which works just as well for most systems.
